Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (our payment processor); by making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise stated—no refunds, credits, or cancellations except as required by law or explicitly offered in a program's specific terms. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases.
No Refunds Policy
Except where required by applicable consumer protection laws in India, all payments for programs, subscriptions, or Services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, non-completion, or changes in personal circumstances. If a program is materially modified or discontinued, we may offer alternative access or prorated credit at our discretion.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.
